Shipping policy

At Selva Luxe, we’re committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are processed and shipped from Australia using Australia Post.

Processing Time

  • Orders will be processed the same day if placed before 12:00 PM (noon AEST), Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on a weekend or public holiday will be processed the next business day before noon.

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

We currently ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within Australia. We plan to expand internationally in the future—stay tuned!

Delivery Delays

While we aim to ship your order promptly, delivery may be affected by:

  • Peak periods (e.g. holiday season or promotions)

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier delays

  • Regional restrictions

We are not liable for delays caused by Australia Post or any third-party shipping providers.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost parcels resulting from address errors

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us at admin@selvaluxe.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

Damaged, Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or appears to be lost or stolen:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of the delivery date at admin@selvaluxe.com

  • We’ll assist you in resolving the issue with Australia Post and help lodge any necessary claims
