We want you to love every product you purchase from us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 

Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

 

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Include all original labels, safety seals (if applicable), and any accessories

  • Be accompanied by the original proof of purchase

Please note: Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with (particularly those related to personal care and hygiene) may not be eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.

 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@selvaluxe.com. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects or Order Issues

Please inspect your items upon arrival. If your order is defective, damaged, or you’ve received the wrong product, contact us immediately. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

 

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

While we want to be as flexible as possible, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care or hygiene items that have been opened or used (e.g., skincare, haircare, tanning products)

  • Perishable goods

  • Customised or made-to-order products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids (e.g., aerosols or essential oils)

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, the quickest way is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund on your statement.
