💌 Orders & Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. If you place your order before 12pm AEST, it will usually be shipped the same day. Orders placed after midday will be processed the next business day. Please note we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

How long does delivery take?

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. Standard delivery usually takes 2–6 business days, depending on your location. Express shipping is also available at checkout for faster delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not yet but we’re working on it! For now, Selva Luxe is available only within Australia.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

What’s your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your order. Items must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.

Can I return a product I’ve tried?

Due to hygiene reasons, we unfortunately can’t accept returns of used personal care products. If you have concerns about a product, we’re happy to help just reach out to us.

How do I start a return?

Yes! Every product sold at Selva Luxe is carefully curated to meet our values: cruelty free, ingredient conscious, and inspired by the rich traditions of Latin American self care.

Where are your products from?

We proudly work with independent and well loved brands from Latin America, bringing a taste of natural wellness to Australia. Every product has been selected with care and intention.

I have sensitive skin can I use your products?

We aim to stock products suitable for a wide range of skin and hair types, including sensitive. However, we recommend checking the full ingredient list and doing a patch test before trying anything new.
